Consultations

NHS Nottinghamshire County is committed to involving local people in the decisions we make. When consultations are underway, this page will act as a link to all the information you will need to tell us what you think.

West Bridgford GP Practices merger and relocation

During the winter an extensive public engagement exercise was conducted on the proposed West Bridgford GP practices merger and relocation. More than 4,000 responses were received and have now been analysed.

A full report will be presented to the Board at their next meeting on 22 March 2012. View the Board report here (http://www.nnotts.nhs.uk/board/default.aspx?recid=2142)

Responses to Frequently Asked Questions regarding the proposed merger and relocation are available here

An Equality Impact Assessment (EIA) has been conducted to assess the proposals. EIAs are a tool for ensuring that equality and social inclusion issues are considered when drawing up policies or proposals which affect the delivery of services. You can view the EIA here

Scatter Diagrams showing the patient population and the location of the current GP practices can be viewed here
