Is it your time to quit?

Today, thousands of local smokers will decide to stub it out for good on this year's No Smoking Day.
Health colleagues from NHS Nottinghamshire County will be working across the county with people who want to quit the habit.
Over the past five years, the NHS Nottinghamshire County has helped more than 20,000 local people to quit.
Statistics show that the prevalence of adults who smoke in Ashfield is 31%. This is higher than the England average of 22%.
People who want to quit can get free support from their GP, pharmacist or New Leaf; Nottinghamshire's stop smoking service.
NHS Nottinghamshire County also runs a voucher scheme which gives people up to 12 weeks worth of free Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) products, if they do not pay for prescriptions. If they do pay for prescriptions, they will only have to pay a one off payment of a prescription charge, £7.20.
NRT products include nicotine patches, chewing gum and tablets to help combat cravings.
Duncan Bannatyne OBE, entrepreneur and President of No Smoking Day said: "I am an ex-smoker and I support anyone who wants to give up. It isn't easy for the majority and so it is important to make sure you are ready to quit.
"With the right help from NHS stop smoking services people are four times more likely to succeed with is why I am supporting this campaign. If you want to quit help is out there this No Smoking Day on 9 March. You can do it."
